Billing Terms
Last updated 27 October 2026
IQ Test is a subscription. What you pay at checkout covers an introductory period. When it ends, the subscription renews automatically at the full price of your plan, and keeps renewing until you cancel.
1. Who you are paying
IQ Test is run by Solus_Apps. Payments are processed by Whop, which may appear on your statement. For anything about a payment, write to appsupport.solus@gmail.com — we reply within three business days.
2. What you are buying
Access to your full result and to the IQ Test app: your estimated score and percentile, scores in six areas, every question you missed with the right answer and why, more tests that get harder as you improve, and your progress over time. It is a digital service, available immediately after payment.
3. The plans
- 3 days for $1.00, then $29.99 every month.
The plan you choose, what you pay today, the renewal price, the cycle and the date of the first renewal are shown on the payment screen before you pay. Prices are in US dollars unless the payment screen says otherwise; your bank may add its own conversion fees. Where your country charges VAT or sales tax on digital services, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
4. Renewal
Renewal is automatic: we charge the payment method you used at checkout, on your plan’s cycle, until you cancel. Settings in the app shows your plan, the amount of the next charge and its date.
5. Cancelling
The fastest way is the cancellation page, also linked from Settings in the app: enter the email your subscription is on, confirm with the code we send there, and it is done in a couple of minutes without waiting for anyone.
Or write to appsupport.solus@gmail.com with “Cancel my subscription” in the subject, from the address your account is on, and we will do it for you. Both routes have exactly the same effect.
Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Ask at least 24 hours before the current period ends: renewals are prepared in advance, and a later request may not stop that charge. Not opening the app, or deleting your data, does not cancel a subscription.
6. Changed prices
If we change a plan’s price, the change applies to renewals after we have told you by email, never to a period you have already paid for. You can cancel before it takes effect.
7. Failed payments
If a renewal is declined, Whop may retry it over the following days. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends and access stops. Nothing is owed for a period you did not get.
8. Refunds
Covered in our Refund Policy.
