Refund Policy
Last updated 27 October 2026
The short version. Write to appsupport.solus@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and tell us what went wrong. We reply within three business days.
1. What we always refund
- A charge you did not recognise or authorise — in full.
- A service we failed to deliver — you paid and could not get to your result or the app — in full.
- A renewal you did not mean to keep, if you tell us within 14 days and have not used the app since it — in full.
- A duplicate charge — in full, with nothing to prove.
2. What we usually cannot refund
Your result and the tests are delivered the moment you pay, and once you have used them we cannot take them back. In those cases we look at what you actually received rather than at a rule: if something was not what we promised, tell us what, and we will look at it.
3. A score you disagree with is not a defect
The estimated score is for practice and self-assessment, not a clinical or diagnostic result. A score higher or lower than you expected is not a failure to deliver, and we do not refund on that basis.
4. How to ask
Email appsupport.solus@gmail.com from the address your account is on, with “Refund” in the subject, and tell us the date and amount of the charge, the email you paid with if it is a different one, and what went wrong. Missing a detail does not stop a request: the 14 days count from your first email. An approved refund reaches your card in five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
5. Please ask us before your bank
A chargeback takes weeks and locks your account while the bank decides. Everything it can do for you, an email can do faster.
6. Cancelling is separate
A refund does not cancel your subscription, and cancelling does not refund a charge already taken. Cancel at the cancellation page or by email — and if you want both, say so in the same email. See the Billing Terms.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where that law gives you more, it wins.
